How Parlay Odds Work
What is a parlay? A parlay combines multiple bets into one. You have to win every single leg for the bet to pay out — but the reward is much higher than betting each leg separately.
How odds combine— Each leg's American odds are converted to decimal, then multiplied together. A 3-leg parlay at -110 / -110 / +150 = 1.909 × 1.909 × 2.5 = 9.11x your stake.
American odds guide — Negative odds (like -110) mean you need to bet $110 to win $100. Positive odds (like +150) mean a $100 bet wins $150 in profit.
The honest truth— Parlays are exciting but carry a high house edge. The more legs you add, the lower your implied probability of winning. They're best as small entertainment bets, not a strategy.
